Do you provide free samples?
Sample fees are refundable on production orders. For serious buyers, we frequently waive sample costs and only bill shipping.
Do you handle worldwide shipping?
Yes — we export to 60+ countries by sea, air and courier. Full export documentation, CO, phytosanitary and packaging certificates handled in-house.
Can you produce fully custom / OEM designs?
Yes. OEM, ODM and private label are core to our business. Bring a sketch, CAD or reference — we take it from there.
What are your typical lead times?
Sampling 1–3 weeks; production 4–10 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.
How do payments work?
Standard export terms: 30–50% advance, balance against BL copy. LC and other secure methods for large orders.
